The 2026 Texas Facilities Commission (TFC) Vendor Expo is our largest event of the year—and one you won’t want to miss.

Hosted by the TFC Office of Business Opportunities in partnership with the Texas State University Small Business Development Center, this premier event brings together 50+ exhibitors, including state agencies, small business resource partners, and construction industry firms, all showcasing upcoming Construction and Facilities Maintenance Operation (FMO) project bid opportunities.

Procurement team members and small business program staff from participating state agencies will be onsite to answer questions and share valuable insight on how to successfully do business with their agencies.

Attendees will also gain insight into TFC’s $6.1 billion budget supporting Construction and MRO projects throughout Texas, as well as additional opportunities in professional services and supply contracts.

This information-packed expo creates a dynamic space for businesses and professionals to connect, explore new opportunities, and expand their networks.

12:30 PM - 1:15 PM: Lunch & Learn with the Texas Department of Insurance – Workplace Safety Division and OSHCON - Session provides information designed to teach workers and supervisors how to identify hazards, understand their rights, and follow safety procedures to prevent workplace injuries and fatalities. Plan to attend if you are a contractor interested in working on construction sites or industrial settings.

Where can I park?

There is paid parking at the onsite garage at the event center.

Due to limited parking capacity, only registered attendees will receive complimentary parking. Those who do not register in advance may be required to pay applicable parking fees.
